Who We Are — Introducing 99fb

99fb is an online betting and gaming platform built with Bangladeshi users in mind from day one. Our goal has always been simple — to give the people of Bangladesh a safe, transparent, and fully mobile betting experience.

The online betting market in Bangladesh is growing fast, yet many platforms fail to understand the reality of local users — no bKash payments, no Bengali support, and sites that barely work on mobile. 99fb was created to solve exactly these problems.

Our team includes seasoned tech professionals, betting industry specialists, and — most importantly — people who are passionate sports fans from Bangladesh themselves. That combination is what sets 99fb apart from other platforms.

99fb serves members from all 64 districts of Bangladesh — from Gulshan in Dhaka to the hills of Bandarban.

Our Story

99fb started with a simple question — why can't people in Bangladesh get a truly good, reliable betting platform? Most international sites don't support Bangladeshi payment methods, don't communicate in Bangla, and don't work well on mobile.

99fb was born to fill exactly that gap. A small but dedicated team came together with one goal: to build a platform that works for the people of Bangladesh — in their language, with their payment methods.

The early days were challenging. Technical hurdles, integrating local payment gateways, earning the trust of Bangladeshi users — each step brought new obstacles. But the positive feedback and loyalty of our members gave us the strength to push through every one of them.

Today, 99fb is the betting platform of choice for millions of members across Bangladesh. That trust is our greatest achievement and the driving force behind everything we do.

FAQs

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about 99fb.

99fb tournaments and leaderboard events generally come in two types — automatic and registration-based. Automatic tournaments require no separate sign-up; simply playing the designated games starts earning you points. For registration-based events, you just need to click the "Join" button once on the promotions page. Your leaderboard position can be tracked directly on the promotions page or in your profile. Points are typically based on bet amount or number of wins — the specific rules for each event are clearly stated on the tournament page. Once an event ends, top-ranked winners receive cash prizes, bonuses, or exclusive VIP perks, all credited to their account automatically.

99fb offers three main support channels, all available 24/7. For the fastest help, Live Chat is your best option — click the chat button at the bottom right of the site or app, and a Bengali-speaking support agent typically connects within 1–3 minutes. For complex matters like payment disputes or account verification, email (support@99fb.click) is the better choice, as you can attach screenshots and documents. Email responses arrive within 24 hours. For urgent payment issues, raising them via Live Chat ensures priority handling.
