99fb FAQ — All Your Questions Answered in One Place

When a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, 99fb's refund policy depends on how much of the match was played:

• Match cancelled before it starts: The full stake is returned to your wallet within 24 hours, with no deductions.
• Match abandoned mid-game (cricket or football): Settlement follows international Sports Betting rules. Generally, once a specified number of overs or minutes have been completed the match is considered "declared"; otherwise the bet is voided and your stake is returned.
• One match cancelled in an accumulator bet: That match is treated as a "push" and your bet is settled based on the results of the remaining matches.

Refunds are processed automatically — no separate request is needed. Typically within Within 4–24 hours reflected in your balance. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact support chat with your betting ID.
